We are looking for a passionate Chef De Partie to join the talented kitchen team at a beautifully restored boutique country house hotel and restaurant in Gloucestershire.
Responsibilities
- Taking responsibility for your section and ensuring it runs smoothly throughout service. Preparing and cooking dishes to consistently high standards. Working with fresh, seasonal produce to create quality dishes. Supporting the wider brigade during preparation and busy services. Working closely with the senior chefs and contributing to a positive kitchen environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Chef De Partie within a quality restaurant or hotel kitchen. A real enthusiasm for cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients. A strong team player who enjoys being part of a close-knit brigade. A positive attitude and a genuine desire to learn, develop, and progress.
Benefits
- £32,000 to £35,000 per annum plus £200 to £350 per month in service charge. Brand-new on-site accommodation for just £300 per month, inclusive of all bills. The chance to work as part of a talented team of 7 chefs. Excellent seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. A supportive kitchen where you can continue to learn and progress.
