We are looking for a Chef De Partie to join this talented brigade of legends cooking great Modern British cuisine. If you want to work in a tight-knit brigade, where you will be valued and supported by a great Head Chef, this opportunity is for you.
Responsibilities
- Running your section with precision and pride. Assisting the Sous Chef and Head Chef with new menu ideas. Preparing and presenting dishes to a high standard. Supporting junior chefs and maintaining a positive kitchen culture. Upholding hygiene and health & safety standards at all times.
Requirements
- Has experience as a Chef De Partie or strong Demi Chef De Partie, ready to step up. Takes real pride in their work and loves working with fresh food. Is calm under pressure and thrives in a busy kitchen. Wants to be part of a team that supports, inspires and delivers excellence.
Benefits
- £36,500 to £39,000 per annum. Live in accommodation on-site available (£70 per week). Working 45 hours per week. A stunning countryside location just minutes from Stroud.
