This exceptional estate is renowned for its garden-led philosophy, where seasonal ingredients take centre stage and food is all about connection, creativity, and experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional food for a variety of events, from intimate gatherings to larger occasions. Lead and host engaging cookery school sessions for guests of all levels. Create seasonal menus that reflect the estate’s ethos and homegrown produce. Work closely with the events and front of house teams to ensure seamless delivery. Maintain the highest standards of food safety, organisation and presentation.
Requirements
- A chef who is confident in delivering intimate cookery classes, hosting private dinners, and larger events. Passionate about seasonal, sustainable and ingredient-led cooking. Comfortable engaging with guests and sharing your knowledge. Organised, adaptable and calm under pressure. A natural team player who enjoys collaborating across departments.
Benefits
- £40,000 per annum plus £6,600 service charge. Working 48 hours per week. 28 days annual leave plus your birthday off. Staff discounts across stays, dining and wellness experiences. Ongoing training and development opportunities.
