This boutique estate is celebrated for its seasonal, ingredient-led menus, where produce is often grown on-site and every dish reflects a deep respect for quality and provenance.
Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Sous Chef and Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen. Help lead service, ensuring dishes are delivered to the highest standard. Assist with the training and development of junior team members. Maintain excellent hygiene and food safety standards. Contribute ideas to menus, bringing creativity while respecting the estate’s ethos.
Requirements
- Experience as a Junior Sous Chef or a strong Senior Chef De Partie ready to step up. Passionate about seasonal, produce-led cooking. Keen eye for detail and take pride in every plate. Thrive in a collaborative kitchen environment and enjoy supporting and mentoring others. Remain calm and focused during busy services.
