Senior Administrator (Maternity Cover)

Job title: Receptionist/Administrator Location: Camden Health Improvement Practice Salary: £27,838.36 (pro rata) Hours: 30 Hours Camden Health Improvement Practice is primary health care service for homeless people and those with substance misuse, alcohol, and mental health problems, based in the Borough of Camden. Patients are fully registered with the practice and can access the full range of services provided available in general practice. Excellence We strive to do the best we can do and be the best we can be for our patients, employees and NHS partners.Main Responsibilities: As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include: Dealing with queries from patients including sending responses Sending emails on behalf of the clinical team where appropriate Resolving unmatched results and allocating appropriately Taking safeguarding meeting minutes Completing any administrative tasks as a result of the meeting Re-allocating any lab results to another clinician when someone is on leave Ideal Candidate: What we look for in new colleagues: Reception or customer care experience is essential as well as an excellent communicator both spoken and written. Must have basic PC skills such as Word, Excel and email. Able to work within processes, procedures and maintain confidently and data security. Previous experience of working in the NHS is welcome but not essential. Package Description: How well support you: 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays pro rata.
