This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Employment Solicitor or Professional Support Lawyer to step into a strategic leadership role with one of the UK's leading national law firms.

As Head of the Employment Knowledge team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how legal knowledge, innovation and technology support a nationally recognised Employment practice. Rather than focusing solely on fee–earning, you'll work at the heart of the team, ensuring lawyers have access to market–leading resources, cutting–edge technology and the latest legal developments.

THE ROLE:

Working closely with Partners and senior stakeholders, you will:
• Lead and develop the Employment Professional Support Lawyer team.
• Shape the firm's knowledge strategy for its Employment practice.
• Produce and maintain high–quality precedents, guidance notes and legal resources.
• Keep the wider team ahead of legislative and case law developments.
• Deliver engaging training sessions for colleagues and clients.
• Support business development through thought leadership and technical content.
• Champion legal technology, automation and innovation across the team.
• Collaborate with innovation and knowledge specialists to enhance efficiency and client service.

THE CANDIDATE

You'll be a qualified Solicitor with 8+ years' PQE and a strong background in Employment Law.

Whether you're already an experienced Professional Support Lawyer or a senior Employment Solicitor looking to move into a knowledge–focused role, this firm is keen to hear from ambitious individuals who enjoy developing people and improving the way legal services are delivered.

You'll also bring:
• Excellent technical Employment Law expertise.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience creating legal know–how, precedents or delivering training.
• A genuine enthusiasm for legal innovation and technology.
• Immigration Law experience would be advantageous but isn't essential.
