Responsibilities:

* Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the National Curriculum.
* Create a positive, safe and inclusive classroom environment.
* Assess, monitor and record pupils' progress.
* Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of all learners.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively and promote positive attitudes to learning.
* Work closely with teaching assistants, colleagues and parents to support pupil development.
* Prepare learning resources and maintain accurate records.
* Take part in school meetings, training and other professional development opportunities where required.

Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
* Previous experience working as a Primary Teacher in UK primary schools.
* Good knowledge of the UK National Curriculum.
* Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* A positive, flexible and proactive approach to teaching.
* A genuine passion for education and helping children succeed.
* An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one through GSL Education.
