Responsibilities

• Running your own section with confidence and consistency, preparing dishes from scratch using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, supporting the team in delivering high-quality, honest food, maintaining excellent standards across hygiene and presentation, contributing ideas and creativity to evolving menus.

Requirements

• A solid Chef De Partie with experience in fresh food kitchens, someone who values quality and takes pride in their craft, a team player who thrives in a smaller brigade, a genuine passion for seasonal British cuisine.
