Estates Officer - Minor New Works
£39.96k - £48.12k per annumThe Estates Department provides a comprehensive maintenance, repair and installation service of the buildings, grounds, engineering services and associated equipment throughout the Trust.
You must hold a recognised trade apprenticeship and a minimum qualification of BTEC, ONC, HNC or similar certificate or equivalent qualification/experience and previous electro-mechanical maintenance experience would be advantageous as would being conversant with Health & Safety issues.
You must hold a current UK (manual) driving licence and reside within half an hour normal travel time to fulfil on-call duties.
The role is Monday – Friday plus opportunities for overtime and weekend working.
Salary: £39,959 - £48,117 per annum (Band 5) plus local RRP (£3,500 pa).
Base Location: Bournemouth Hospital
