Communication is at the heart of learning, and as a Speech and Language Therapist in Aylesbury, you will play a key role in developing and expanding therapy services across the Trust, helping pupils achieve their full potential.

As a Speech and Language Therapist in Aylesbury, you will:

* Deliver specialist, evidence-based interventions for pupils with a wide range of speech, language and communication needs.
* Assess, plan and implement outcome-focused therapy programmes.
* Embed communication strategies across the curriculum to improve access to learning.
* Work collaboratively with teachers, families and external professionals to provide a holistic approach.
* Support pupils with Autism (ASC), SEMH and complex communication needs.
* Contribute to staff training and professional development, promoting a whole-school approach to communication.
* Help shape and develop a growing therapy service within an award-winning Trust.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Speech and Language Therapist in Aylesbury who has:

* A recognised qualification in Speech and Language Therapy.
* HCPC registration.
* RCSLT membership.
* Experience supporting children and young people with ASC, SEMH and complex communication needs.
* Excellent communication, organisational and teamwork skills.
* A passion for improving outcomes for children and young people.
