- Advising clients on claims against construction professionals including architects, engineers, surveyors, and contractors
- Handling disputes relating to defective design, project delays, and professional standards
- Managing claims involving negligence, breach of contract, and associated losses
- Conducting litigation, adjudication, mediation, and other forms of dispute resolution
- Drafting pleadings, witness statements, expert instructions, and settlement agreements
- Working closely with insurers, developers, contractors, and commercial clients
- Supporting business development initiatives and maintaining strong client relationships
