• Identify opportunities to introduce digital solutions and improve reporting efficiency.
• Ensure KPIs and reporting outputs are appropriate to the relevant level of the project organisation.
• Challenge data, assumptions and reporting narratives where appropriate.
• Work within established WBS, CBS and OBS structures to ensure reporting is aligned with project controls requirements. About You
We are looking for an experienced reporting professional with a strong understanding of project controls and performance reporting within a complex project or infrastructure environment.
You will ideally have:
• Proven experience producing high-quality reporting and management information.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor reporting narratives to different stakeholders.
• Experience working with complex datasets and converting data into clear, actionable insights.
• A good understanding of project controls, including WBS, CBS and OBS structures.
• An understanding of appropriate KPI granularity and how reporting should be tailored to different levels of an organisation.
• Experience driving continuous improvement and implementing digital solutions within reporting processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to challenge information constructively.
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex project environment. What's on Offer
• £65,000 – £70,000 salary, depending on experience.
• 5% annual bonus.
• 28 days' annual leave, increasing to 30 days after 5 years, plus bank holidays.
• Defined Contribution Pension Scheme with up to 7.5% employee contribution and 15% employer contribution.
• Hybrid working from London with travel to Suffolk as required.
• The opportunity to work on one of the UK's most significant low-carbon energy projects.
• A long-term career opportunity within a growing and evolving organisation.
