Where will you be working?

At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.

We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.

This role will be within our Fixed networks team, you’ll join our people who support providing turnkey solutions for the surveying, designing, building and commissioning new networks, while supporting the repair, maintenance and operation of existing networks.

Be at the heart of M Group Communications’ SHEQ success—driving seamless coordination, robust document control, and confident audit readiness. You’ll keep SHEQ systems running smoothly, ensuring compliance activities are always on track and reporting is insightful and actionable. Take ownership of SHEQ data, standardise crucial documents, and coordinate audits with precision. Manage every detail, from incident logging to closing out actions, supporting a culture of continual improvement. With a keen eye for efficiency and best practice, you’ll help shape a safer, more consistent, and compliant environment for the entire organisation. Your impact will be seen across every SHEQ milestone.

What you’ll bring?

You excel at juggling priorities and deadlines, maintaining a sharp eye for detail in both data and documentation. Known for your analytical approach and confident communication, you thrive in dynamic environments, tackling challenges with a calm, solutions-focused mindset. You’re proactive, self-motivated, and work well both independently and as part of a team. With strong SHEQ systems knowledge (ISO standards), audit support experience, and top-notch Microsoft Office skills, you bring flexibility, organisation, and a drive for excellence to every task.
