What you’ll actually be doing No two days are the same, but here’s a flavour: Starting your day at breakfast club, chatting with students and setting the toneSitting with pupils at lunch, building those all-important relationshipsGetting involved in lessons, moving around, supporting learning in real timeHelping students stay focused and on track (with a bit of encouragement and humour along the way)Supporting literacy, correcting work, and giving feedback using orange penGetting involved in activities, games, and the social side of school life You’re not just supporting learning, you’re part of it.
