Preschool Room Leader/ Early Years Professional

Banana Moon Day Nursery in Hounslow is seeking a dedicated and passionate Room Leader / Early Years Professional to lead our Preschool Room.

As a Room Leader / Early Years Professional, you will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality early education and care, leading your team with enthusiasm, and collaborating with parents to support each child’s individual needs.

Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 depending on experience

Requirements

• Lead the room team to deliver exceptional care and early years education
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities
• Promote the well-being and safety of all children in the room
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Support and mentor team members for continuous professional growth
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and nursery standards
• Early Years Professional status or equivalent qualification in Early Childhood Education
• Comprehensive understanding of early childhood development and safeguarding
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and foster a positive team environment
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and best practice
