A leading law firm in Glasgow are seeking an enthusiastic Intellectual Property Administrator to join their team in Glasgow on a full-time, permanent basis.
This role is ideal for a candidate with at least 6 months’ experience working within patents or trade marks; experience in records and / or formalities would be excellent. Additionally, you will need strong deadline management skills and the ability to multi-task. Good communication skills are essential. A CIPA qualification would be an advantage, but this is not essential.
Duties:
- Monitoring deadlines.
- Processing client instructions.
- Preparing cost quotes.
- Maintaining and updating the firm’s IP management system.
- Preparing and filing the relevant documentation related to EP Validations.
- Managing client correspondence and official communications.
