Gap Year Assistant January - April 2027

Bute House School is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Gap Year Assistant to join our vibrant school community.

This is an exciting opportunity for a recent school leaver or student taking a gap year who is interested in education, child development or sport. The successful candidate will work as a Teaching Assistant in the classroom , supporting teachers and pupils throughout the school day, as well as providing support within PE lessons and sporting activities .

We are looking for someone who:

• Enjoys working with children and is keen to be involved in school life

• Is energetic, reliable and eager to learn

• Has an interest in sport and physical activity

• Is considering a future career in education or a related field

Salary: Bute House Main scale M1-M9; Bute House qualified teacher salaries track in excess of Inner London maintained sector rates.
