Experienced LCV Technician required in Croydon
We are working on behalf of our reputable client to recruit a highly skilled LCV Technician for their busy workshop in Croydon. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified professional to join a well-established company that values quality workmanship, offers competitive pay, and encourages career development. The successful Van Technician will benefit from a structured working week, ongoing training, and attractive earning potential. Benefits: - Competitive basic salary of £39,700 per annum, with an OTE of up to £45,700- Monday to Friday working hours, 42.5 hours per week
- Overtime available at enhanced rates on Saturdays

- Opportunities for ongoing training and career progression Duties: - Service and repair light commercial vehicles in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
- Diagnose vehicle faults using electronic testing equipment
- Conduct inspections and road tests to ensure safety and compliance
- Maintain accurate service records and complete relevant paperwork
- Adhere to health and safety policies within the workshop environment
- Support additional workshop tasks as required Requirements: - Level 3 certification or equivalent qualification in motor vehicle maintenance and repair
- Proven experience as an Van Technician within a busy workshop environment
- Strong diagnostic skills and in-depth knowledge of commercial vehicle systems
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Good organisational skills, with attention to detail
