The Role: Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing all culinary operations, ensuring ultra-high dining standards.; Lead and develop a diverse team of chefs, fostering excellence in execution.; Ensure top-tier food quality, safety, and hygiene compliance (USPH/HACCP).; Support food cost management, stock control, and provisioning.; Requirements: Proven experience as an Executive Sous Chef within the luxury cruise sector.; Strong leadership and team-building abilities.; Expertise in fine dining and international cuisine.; Benefits: Competitive salary of $7800 - $8200 DOE per month, paid on board. ; 4 months on / 2 months off rotation.; Travel the world while doing what you love.; Career growth with a top-tier cruise brand that is expanding!; To be considered for this exciting opportunity, please apply!
