Corporate Crime/Investigations Lawyer, Partner to £2 million

Despite having one of the strongest white-collar defence and fraud investigations practices in the US, and a top-notch UK civil fraud practice, the London corporate crime offering at this US law firm is a tad bonsai relative to the size of its wider disputes team.
Periodically, the firm has found that the extra-jurisdictional nature of US law (and US regulators) has thrown out significant opportunities, in investigations and fraud defence which it has not always been able to fully exploit in Europe. In part to fill this lacuna, and in part to win more matters from (what will hopefully be less lethargic) UK enforcement agencies, the law firm is keen to hire a lateral with market presence and a good bedside manner to head up this offering.
