What you'll be doing Teaching Computer Science across Key Stages 3 and 4Delivering engaging, well-planned lessons that develop computational thinking and inspire a love of technologyTeaching topics such as programming, algorithms, computer systems and digital literacyCreating a positive, inclusive classroom where every student feels encouraged to succeedAssessing progress, providing meaningful feedback and helping pupils reach their full potentialSupporting students to develop practical coding and problem-solving skillsWorking collaboratively with colleagues and contributing to the wider life of the school What we're looking for Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualificationA degree or relevant qualification in Computer Science, Computing or a related subjectExperience teaching Computer Science or Computing within a secondary schoolStrong subject knowledge, including programming and computational thinkingStrong classroom management and excellent communication skillsA genuine commitment to helping young people develop confidence and achieve their bestAn Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one Why work with Protocol Education?
