Technical Business Analyst - MES & Digital Solutions

Technical Business Analyst supporting Manufacturing Execution System (MES) implementation and continuous improvement at a life-sciences manufacturing site. The role involves process analysis, system configuration, regulatory compliance oversight, and stakeholder collaboration across manufacturing, quality, engineering and IT functions.
Responsibilities
- Support implementation, operation and continuous improvement of Rockwell PharmaSuite MES solutions
- Analyse manufacturing processes and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Coordinate solution design, configuration, testing, validation and user adoption across stakeholder groups
- Investigate MES incidents, perform root-cause analysis and manage system changes through validation processes
- Evaluate and support implementation of digital tools including workflow automation and emerging technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus five years in business systems analysis, requirements gathering, or system implementation
- Strong hands-on experience with Rockwell PharmaSuite MES or equivalent, including configuration and troubleshooting
- Proven MES support in regulated manufacturing with electronic batch records and validated system changes
- Knowledge of GxP-regulated systems, computerised system validation, 21 CFR Part 11 and EU GMP Annex 11
- Experience with ERP systems, operational technology interfaces, SQL/Oracle databases and data analysis tools
- Ability to gather, analyse and document complex business and technical requirements
