- Who possess English and Maths GCSE (Minimum Level C / Grade 5) or equivalent qualifications
- Has good communication and interpersonal skills
- Who isable to demonstrate you have the ability to use your own initiative
- Is an excellent team player
- Is passionate about helping young people make progress and succeed
- Is resilient with effective behaviour management strategies when required
About the Candidate
The successful candidates will:
- Have experience of working with or caring for primary age children.
- Have a basic knowledge of first aid, child welfare and hygiene.
- Have the ability to relate well to both children and adults.
- Be able to work constructively as part of a larger team, understanding roles and responsibilities and your own position within these.
