The Building Surveyor will:
- Conduct property inspections to assess condition and compliance with regulations.
- Prepare detailed reports and maintenance schedules for buildings.
- Manage refurbishment and renovation projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
- Provide technical advice on building structures and materials.
- Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor building performance and recommend improvements where necessary.
- Ensure health and safety standards are maintained across all projects.
- Keep accurate records of all surveys, inspections, and project progress.
