Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: 4 days, Friday to Monday, 12 hours per day (rotational)
Location: Coventry, CV2 2TA

Are you looking for a hands-on warehouse role within a fast-paced supply chain environment? Do you enjoy working as part of a team while maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety?

As a Warehouse Colleague, you will support day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring customer orders and site processes are completed efficiently, accurately and safely while contributing to site KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives.

✅ A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Complete warehouse tasks as directed by management to support operational targets and customer requirements.
• Carry out manual handling activities and operate handling equipment safely in line with Health & Safety procedures.
• Process operational paperwork and maintain accurate records as required.
• Use warehouse IT systems to complete operational activities and updates.
• Deliver a high-quality customer-focused service while achieving departmental KPI, accuracy and safety standards.

• Individuals who enjoy working in a busy warehouse or supply chain environment.
• Team players who can also work on their own initiative when required.
• Candidates with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• People who can work flexibly across shift patterns, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Essential: Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
• Desirable experience includes warehouse operations, supply chain environments and holding a forklift certificate.
