Our client is seeking an ambitious and forward-thinking Admissions Manager to join an established secondary academy in Bournemouth from September. This is a full-time position, ideal for a strong communicator with proven customer relations or school admissions impact and a clear vision for pipeline management and enrollment processes.

The successful candidate will lead the strategic development of the admissions process from initial inquiry to final enrollment. You will oversee parent open evenings, manage the school’s entry database, coordinate student assessment days, and lead compliance reporting on school information systems, ensuring consistently high standards of customer service and professional administrative accuracy.
