UK Stock Assistant

This role will require Out Of Hours working with 7am starts.

As a Stock Assistant , you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the store remains well-stocked and organised for a seamless shopping experience. From receiving and replenishing deliveries to maintaining accurate inventory levels, you’ll help keep the store running efficiently while upholding high standards of stock presentation, safety, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Team Collaboration
- Work harmoniously with your colleagues, fostering an inclusive and supportive team environment.

- Share knowledge and skills to support and train both new and existing team members.
Operational Excellence
- Receive and Process Deliveries Efficiently. Accept incoming shipments, check for accuracy, and ensure products are properly stocked and stored to maintain inventory integrity.
- Replenish Stock and Maintain Store Presentation. Regularly restock shelves and displays to ensure customers have access to a well-stocked and visually appealing store environment.
- Maintain Cleanliness and Store Standards. Conduct daily housekeeping tasks, including tidying shelves, maintaining fitting rooms, and ensuring the overall cleanliness of the store to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Customer Engagement
- Build strong connections with customers, engaging with them to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
- Represent the Mountain Warehouse brand with enthusiasm and professionalism, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for all.
Sales & Performance
- Work with the team to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to a high-performing and motivated workplace.
- Support store management in identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, helping the team achieve its full potential.
