Role and Responsibilities
As our Reception Teacher/EYFS Lead, you will:
- Develop and implement a creative and innovative EYFS curriculum.
- Foster an inclusive classroom environment that values diversity and promotes equity.
- Lead and support a team of dedicated EYFS staff.
- Engage with parents and the community to support children's learning and development.
- Uphold and promote the Christian ethos of the school.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in an EYFS setting.
- Proven leadership experience or potential.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Commitment to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and engage young children.
