- Process purchase invoices, payments and employee expenses.
- Maintain purchase and sales ledgers.
- Reconcile bank accounts and supplier statements.
- Support credit control activities and chase outstanding debt.
- Assist with month-end procedures including journals and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Respond to internal and external finance queries.
- Process and update information within Xero and other finance systems.
- Support finance process improvement initiatives.
- Assist with transactional finance work arising from business acquisitions.
- Work closely with the Financial Controller and wider finance team.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail across all finance activities.
