The Role
You will be part of a market-leading private equity team, advising on a broad spectrum of transactions, including leveraged buyouts, strategic acquisitions, carve-outs, and portfolio company management. This role offers the chance to work on high-profile mandates for top-tier sponsors and funds, with the support of a globally integrated platform and exceptional career development opportunities.
What They’re Looking For
- 3-5 years’ post-qualification experience within corporate/private equity
- Trained and qualified at a leading international or top-tier UK law firm
- Strong technical and drafting skills with the ability to manage complex transactions
- Commercially minded, client-focused approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
