The Role

* Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and well-structured lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
* Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment that supports every child's learning and development.
* Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, using assessment effectively to inform future planning and teaching.
* Build positive and professional relationships with pupils, parents, carers, and colleagues.
* Differentiate learning effectively to meet the individual needs and abilities of all pupils.
* Contribute to the wider school community through enrichment activities, assemblies, trips, and school events.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes for all pupils.
* Uphold high standards of behaviour, safeguarding, and pupil wellbeing.

The Ideal Candidate

* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Has experience teaching within a UK primary school setting.
* Demonstrates excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
* Has a strong understanding of the National Curriculum and primary education.
* Is passionate about providing an engaging, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
* Promotes inclusive teaching practices and supports the needs of every child.
* Has a thorough understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
