Working Pattern: Part Time (21 Hours per week)

Salary (Pro rata): £14,687.40

Holiday entitlement: 27 days plus public holidays pro rata

Location: Based mainly in Hereford city centre, with occasional countywide travel.

The post is primarily based at our sexual health clinic in Hereford city centre . From time to time, you may also be required to provide reception support at outreach clinics across Herefordshire. You will be joining a small, friendly, and supportive team committed to delivering high-quality sexual health services to our local community.

The Role

As our Receptionist, you will:

• Welcome patients and provide a friendly, professional reception service.
• Answer telephone enquiries and support patients in accessing the appropriate services.
• Register patients and manage appointments using our electronic clinical systems.
• Complete a range of administrative and data entry tasks accurately.
• Support the team with general office administration.
• Assist with marketing activities and social media content where appropriate.
• Help maintain a welcoming, safe, and confidential environment for all service users.
