Key Responsibilities:- Provide individualised support and guidance to students with SEMH needs
- Implement tailored learning strategies to address the unique requirements of each student
- Collaborate closely with teachers and other professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to student care
- Actively participate in the planning and delivery of engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment that promotes the well-being and personal development of our students
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, and contribute to the overall monitoring and evaluation of student progress
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Teaching Assistant, preferably in an SEMH or SEN setting
- Demonstrable understanding of the social, emotional, and mental health needs of students
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
