Customer Account Manager

The Role:

A fast-paced, office-based position focused on developing customer relationships and supporting sales activity. As Customer Account Manager , you'll handle incoming enquiries, manage orders, update CRM records, and proactively contact existing and prospective customers to generate sales opportunities. There's also occasional opportunity to visit customer sites, adding variety to your week.

Requirements:

· Sales or customer service experience

· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

· Confident, engaging telephone manner

· Comfortable using IT systems and CRM tools

· A team player who enjoys a collaborative environment

The Package:

·£35,000 - £42,000 basic salary (DoE)

· Uncapped commission scheme, £12k year 1 expected

·20 days holiday + Bank Holidays increasing with service
