Ipsen seeks a Data & AI Project Lead to oversee end-to-end delivery of cross-functional data, analytics, and AI initiatives across the organization. The role spans project scoping, stakeholder coordination, and operational transition, supporting strategic use of data and AI to drive business value.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Data, Analytics and AI projects across multiple business domains
- Structure project scope, governance, delivery plans, budgets and resource requirements with stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, data, technology and external partners
- Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies and financials; escalate issues and decisions
- Support solution adoption and transition to operational teams; contribute to delivery standards improvement
Requirements
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional data and AI projects from initiation through deployment
- Demonstrated project management capability, including scope, budget, timeline and resource planning
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across business and technical teams
- Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks in regulated environments
- Proficiency in risk management, issue tracking, and project delivery methodologies
- Ability to translate business requirements into feasible technical solutions
