Salary: Negotiable This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner who thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment. We're looking for someone who is:
• CIPD Level 7 qualified
• Has significant experience supporting M&A activity, organisational change, restructures, consultations and redundancies
• Can confidently partner with senior stakeholders while remaining hands-on with day-to-day operational HR
• Enjoys balancing operational initiatives with practical HR delivery
