Sales Advisor

You'll be responsible for managing customers through the sales journey, from their initial enquiry through to producing accurate renewable energy designs and quotations before handing projects over to our Operations teams.

Working closely with Surveyors, Technical Managers, and Operations, you'll ensure every customer receives an outstanding experience while helping the business achieve ambitious growth targets.

No two days are the same - you could be speaking to new customers, arranging surveys, producing quotations, designing renewable energy systems or following up on sales opportunities.

What you'll be doing

• Managing customer enquiries via telephone, email and website.
• Booking surveys and coordinating customer appointments.
• Producing accurate quotations following site surveys.
• Designing renewable energy systems including: Solar PV Battery Storage Air Source Heat Pumps Ground Source Heat Pumps Underfloor Heating
• Completing heat loss calculations and energy generation reports.
• Explaining proposals and system designs to customers.
• Following up quotations and progressing sales opportunities.
• Ensuring all sales documentation is complete before projects are handed to Operations.
• Liaising with Surveyors, Technical Managers, Suppliers and Installation Teams.
• Using CRM and business systems to manage customer records and sales activity.
• Supporting continuous improvement of the customer journey.

We're looking for someone who has

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Knowledge of Solar PV or Heat Pump systems.
• Heat loss calculation experience.
• Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
• Experience managing multiple tasks and priorities.
• Confidence working with CRM or ERP systems.
• Good Microsoft Office skills.
• A proactive and positive attitude.
• The ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
• A passion for renewable energy and sustainability.

It would be great if you also have

• Experience within the renewable energy or construction industry.
• Domestic Energy Assessor qualification.
• Sales or account management experience.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

• OTE £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (base salary and commission)
