£12.71 per hou r | £24,785 pro rata, per annum (FTE) + Sleep-in Payment | Part-Time/ Full-Time/ Bank | Permanent
Extra Pay: Sleep-ins paid at an additional £64.20 per night!

Please note: This position does not meet the minimum salary requirements for a Health and Care visa under the UK Skilled Worker route, as set by the Home Office. Therefore, we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role. Applicants must already have the legal right to work in the UK, as we are not able to support new visa applications or sponsorship requests for this vacancy.

What You’ll Be Doing
Working closely with individuals in line with their personalised care plans, your day will include:
- Community Adventures: Accompanying people to social activities, concerts, and garden centres.
- In-House Fun: Getting involved in gardening, arts & crafts, dominoes, and bingo.
- Daily Living Support: Helping with cooking, cleaning, shopping, mail, and managing medication.
- Personalised Care: Providing vital support with personal care, mobility, manual handling, and positive behaviour plans.
The Essentials (What You Need) -Support Care Worker – Spalding, Lincolnshire, PE11
We provide full training , so no prior care experience is required! To apply, you must meet the following:
- The Right Attitude: A caring nature, patience, and a commitment to person-centred support.
- Location & Travel: A full driving licence is preferred (international licences and own cars are fine). Don't drive? If you live in Spalding and are happy to walk or cycle between services, we welcome your application!
- Flexibility: Shift patterns run between 7 am and 10 pm . You must be able to work 3 out of 4 weekends (including sleep-ins) and cover one on-call shift per week (9 am-5 pm or 5 pm-9 pm).
- Vetting: Subject to an enhanced DBS check and suitable references.
