We are very excited to be working on a fabulous new Team Assistant / FOH role for a highly successful boutique investment firm based in the heart of the West End. This is a part-time position, working 4 days per week (Mon-Thurs), 9am-5pm, offering £30,000 pro rata (circa £24,000 for 4 days).
Based out of beautiful West End offices, you will be joining a friendly, professional and collaborative team. We are looking for a Team Assistant / FOH who has a can-do attitude and is confident working as part of a team. This is a varied role combining FOH responsibilities with broader team support, so we are ideally looking for someone who is highly service-orientated, organised and happy to get involved wherever needed. The successful Team Assistant / FOH will be polished and professional, while also being approachable, positive and an excellent relationship builder.
Typical Team Assistant / FOH duties will include but not be limited to:
- Meeting and greeting investors and clients
- Managing incoming calls and general enquiries
- Organising office lunches for the team
- Managing meeting room schedules and ensuring rooms are prepared
- Assisting the EA team with ad hoc administrative tasks
- Processing expenses and receipts
- Providing general office and team support as required
The role is office-based 4 days per week (Mon-Thurs), with working hours of 9am-5pm. Salary is £30,000 pro rata (circa £24,000 for 4 days). Fabulous benefits package.
