- Manage and support tenants with their housing needs and concerns.
- Ensure properties are maintained to a high standard and address any issues promptly.
- Respond to tenant enquiries and resolve problems in a timely and professional manner.
- Carry out property inspections and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Work closely with other departments to coordinate services and support for tenants.
- Handle tenancy agreements and ensure proper documentation is in place.
- Provide advice and assistance on housing-related matters to tenants.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required.
