We are partnering with our client, a respected name within Guernsey’s Financial Services sector, to hire an Administrator / Senior Administrator – Private Clients to join our client’s team in St Peter Port on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to support private client structures and contribute to the smooth running of a high-quality service in a well-regulated offshore environment.
Skills
- Administrative accuracy – Ensuring documentation, records, and correspondence related to private clients are maintained with precision and attention to detail.
- Organisational capability – Managing multiple client matters, deadlines, and tasks efficiently to support smooth day-to-day operations.
- Client service focus – Providing responsive, professional support to private clients and colleagues within our client’s team.
- Communication skills – Handling emails, calls, and written documentation clearly and professionally within a financial services environment.
- Team collaboration – Working closely with our client’s team to ensure consistent delivery of high standards across private client work.
What you’ll do
- Support day-to-day administration for private client relationships.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Assist with routine correspondence and communication with clients.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Contribute to the efficient operation of private client services.
