People Operations Lead - Site Based

* Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum
* Location: Solihull
* Hours: 40 hours per week (between 8:00am - 6:00pm)
* Contract Type: Permanent

We're looking for a passionate and approachable People Operations Lead to be the face of people on site. You'll play a key role in creating a positive employee experience by supporting colleagues, championing wellbeing, and delivering people initiatives that make our workplace a great place to be.

What You'll Be Doing

* Be the first point of contact for employee queries, providing friendly and professional support.
* Monitor employee feedback and identify opportunities to improve workplace culture and engagement.
* Plan and deliver employee engagement activities
* Support onboarding and deliver welcoming inductions for new starters.
* Maintain accurate employee records and support the administration of people processes, including starters, leavers, and contractual changes
* Escalate complex employee relations matters to the People Operations Manager where appropriate.

What We're Looking For:

* Experience in People Operations, or Employee Engagement.
* A genuine passion for people and creating a great employee experience.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Highly organised, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Professional, approachable, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
