Warehouse Administrator

Here at GXO, we’re recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator to support our Multi‑User operation in Corby . This is a full‑time, permanent role , working Monday to Friday on a rotating shift pattern (06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00) , where you’ll play a key role in supporting daily operations through accurate administration, system updates and stakeholder coordination.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Manage stock movement documentation and update systems to ensure accurate inventory records
• Maintain WMS data and support operational reporting to protect stock integrity and service levels
• Liaise with customers, hauliers and internal teams to resolve operational queries
• Support pallet tracking and financial accuracy through effective record‑keeping
• Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of warehouse operations

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Previous experience in an administrative role within a warehouse or logistics environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
• A flexible, proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
