Support Worker Location: Kettering Salary: £24,479 per annum, pro rata (£13.45 per hour) Hours: 35 per week - The role involved regular weekend and evening working flexibly for 5 days per week between Monday and Saturday for 7 hrs per day on a rolling rota Contract: Fixed Term Contract Until 31st March 2027 Driving: Full UK Manual Driving Licence required, held for a minimum of 2 years and a willingness to transport patients in adapted vehicles Unfortunately we can not currently offer sponsorship for this role

What will a day in the life of a Support Worker involve?
- Providing practical and emotional support, including welfare calls, shopping, and home visits.
- Supporting adults after a hospital stay to help them recover safely at home.
- Responding to referrals from clinicians and community health professionals.
- Assessing needs and following a personalised support plan for each service user.
To be a successful Support Worker, what will you need?
- A kind, calm and confident approach with great people skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to drive service vehicles.
- Basic IT skills and a commitment to following procedures.
