Project Administrator

A fantastic opportunity for a Project Administrator to join a well-established and fast paced manufacturing business. Due to business growth this is a newly created role responsible for managing intercompany projects. We need somebody extremely organised, methodical, strong background in admin & who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional attention to detail, and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.



Job Description for the Project Administrator role:

• As the Project Administrator Coordinate and manage intercompany administrative projects across multiple brands.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently.
• As the Project Administrator you will maintain accurate and up-to-date delivery logs.
• Create daily manifests for trunking vehicles across all company brands.
• As the Project Administrator you will coordinate delivery schedules with internal teams and transport providers.
• Prepare drivers' delivery notes and all supporting transport documentation.
• Liaise with multiple departments to ensure projects and deliveries run smoothly.
• Ensure a high level of organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Candidate Requirements for the Project Administrator role: 

• Previous experience working as a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator or Sales Administrator is essential for the role
• Looking for someone from a manufacturing, Engineering or similar industry background
• Experience with MS Excel - creating formulas etc
• Organised with ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Attention to detail

This role would suit candidates with the following experience: Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, Sales Administrator, Order processor or similar


This role is commutable from: Stoke on Trent, Stone, Trentham, Fenton, Longton, Leek, Cheadle, Newcastle under Lyme, Keele, Eccleshall,



Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm or 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

Salary: £29,000 Per Annum
