The Finance Executive plays a key role in supporting financial operations across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all accounting processes. This role is responsible for maintaining high-quality financial records, supporting month-end close activities, and delivering timely reporting and reconciliations. Working closely with internal teams such as Procurement, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and external auditors, the Finance Executive also provides operational support to schools, contributing to the smooth running of finance functions across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support month-end close activities, including accruals and prepayments

• Perform bank, balance sheet, and credit card reconciliations

• Assist with financial reporting, variance analysis, and budgeting

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal policies

• Support VAT preparation and cash flow tracking

• Assist with fixed assets and CAPEX tracking

• Work closely with internal stakeholders and respond to finance queries

• Provide support during audits and ensure documentation is audit-ready

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience

• Professional qualification (ACCA, CMA, CPA or equivalent) preferred

• Strong knowledge of Excel and ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite)

• Good understanding of accounting principles (IFRS knowledge is a plus)

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

• Excellent communication skills
