Field Sales Executive

About The Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Field Sales Executive to join our close-knit, friendly team to help us develop and grow the Sunbelt Rentals business. Reporting to our Regional Sales Manager, you’ll have the freedom to manage your account portfolio to drive and deliver results and be at the forefront of customer interaction, acting as our brand ambassador and helping us to be the best in our industry in everything we do.

You’ll be joining a close-knit, supportive, and friendly sales team that works closely with our depot network to deliver the best possible service for our customers. We pride ourselves on working together, helping each other succeed, and creating a positive, team-driven environment where everyone can grow.

The Role

• Manage and grow your own customer accounts
• Build strong relationships and win new business
• Work closely with depots and the wider sales team
• Drive revenue and deliver excellent customer service
• Represent the Sunbelt Rentals brand

To succeed in the Field Sales Executive role you will bring the following skill-set and behaviours:  

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience in a customer-facing role
• Good organisation and time management
• Resilient and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Confident in selling and negotiating
• Basic IT skills and ability to understand data
• Full Irish Driving Licence
