Responsibilities
• Greet and assist visitors, parents, and staff in a professional manner
• Manage incoming calls and email correspondence
• Maintain visitor logs and ensure safeguarding protocols are followed
• Provide general administrative support to the office and leadership team
• Assist with daily school operations and communication tasks

Requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and school database systems (training provided)
• Previous reception or administrative experience preferred

Salary: Paid to scale in line with school support staff pay grades
