The Role
As a Senior Manager in Employment Taxes, you'll:
* Lead complex advisory and compliance projects across UK Employment Taxes and Global Mobility.
* Act as a senior point of contact for clients on matters including NMW, CIS, and cross-border tax issues.
* Oversee due diligence for corporate transactions and provide technical oversight on employment tax compliance.
* Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the strategic growth of the service line.
* Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to business development initiatives.
To succeed, you will need:
* 10+ years in UK Employment Taxes and/or Global Mobility (practice or industry).
* Strong technical expertise across UK employment tax compliance and advisory.
* Proven ability to manage senior client relationships and lead project delivery.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and commercial awareness.
* CTA qualified or equivalent (preferred but not essential).
