As a Clubhouse Assistant at Rapha, you are a versatile ambassador who delivers a seamless customer experience across both retail and cafe spaces, ensuring every visitor is engaged, supported, and inspired by the Rapha brand.
THE ROLE
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the face of the Clubhouse, transitioning seamlessly between the retail floor and the cafe to provide consistent, world-class service and menu recommendations.
Use expert product knowledge to uncover customer needs and present the perfect technical apparel or lifestyle solutions.
Support the Community Lead in the execution of Clubhouse rides and events, helping to build a friendly environment where the sport and culture of cycling are celebrated.
Maintain the highest levels of visual merchandising and housekeeping while supporting cafe prep and back-of-house needs to ensure a premium brand presentation at all times.
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal Clubhouse Assistant will have the following skills and qualities:
Experience in a luxury retail environment
Passionate about delivering legendary customer experiences
A proven track record of delivering results and the drive to exceed expectations
Personable and friendly – a good communicator that is approachable and engaging
Ability to prioritise and demonstrate initiative
Knowledge of the Rapha brand
Ability to be flexible and agile to meet business needs
Interested in cycling of any form or active sports is desirable
An interest in coffee/barista training would also be an advantage
